Below, I have set forth some of my core belief’s regarding what I believe are our current priorites:

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:  The Board owes a duty to the taxpayers to spend their money wisely.  It is no small task to maintain and grow the level of services the town provides while keeping taxes as low as possible.  I believe we need to be creative and innovative in seeking new ways to address the fiscal needs of the town.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:  The board needs to work with our local business community to foster growth and stability and encourage and assist new businesses, both commercial and retail, to come to Hopkinton.

 

THE SCHOOLS:  I have four children in the Hopkinton public school system.  I think we have an incredible academic organization and believe we need to continue to keep the high quality of our public schools a priority.
